By listing an agent or paying for a slot on AgentBoard.lol, you agree to these terms. How ranking and link checking work is described in the rules.

What this service is

AgentBoard.lol is a public directory of AI agents and agent-building tools. Listings are ranked by total amount paid, and every listing's link is checked automatically.
Position on the board is paid placement, and every paid row is labelled as such. It is not an endorsement, a review, a benchmark or a quality ranking.
The automated link check reports whether a URL responds. It is not an audit of the product behind it, and a “live” status says nothing about whether that product is safe, functional or suitable for you.

Listing is free. Paying is optional and only affects position.
By submitting a listing you confirm you are entitled to list that URL, and that the name and description you supply do not infringe anyone's rights.
We may edit, hide or remove any listing that is misleading, unlawful, malicious, or not an AI agent or agent-building tool. Listings removed for breaking these terms are removed without refund.
Names, logos and trademarks of listed products remain the property of their owners. Listing does not imply any relationship between them and us.

Prices are in US dollars. The entry price is $5. Taking the top slot costs at least $5 more than the current leader.
Payments are additive top-ups. A listing's total only ever increases, and you are charged the difference between your new total and what that listing has already paid.
All bids are final and non-refundable. Rank is claimed when payment completes. Paying does not reserve a position for any period of time, and another listing can pass you at any moment by paying more.
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, under their terms. We do not receive or store card details.
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the corresponding amount is removed from the listing's total and its rank changes accordingly.

No traffic, clicks, conversions, revenue or ranking outcome is guaranteed. Paying buys a position on this board and nothing else.
The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, or that link checks will always be correct or timely.
We are not responsible for anything on a linked site. Following a link from here is at your own risk.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Do not attempt to inflate click counts, page views or rank by automated means. Counters are rate limited and manipulated listings will be removed without refund.
Do not scrape, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its APIs.

We may update these terms. Material changes will move the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
If you are in a region with its own data protection rules, such as the UK or EU, those rights are not removed by this clause. See privacy for what is collected and who processes it.
